Since September 1999, this professional race has provided excitement for our WWR league members, both past and present.  Racers drive the 1/32nd scale WOMP-WOMP slot cars at eye-watering speeds.  This race is recommended for experienced racers, but feel free to inquire about registration.

Held on the last monday evening in September, the pits open at 6:45pm.

The 2004 winner for this event was Darren "The Wrench" Pineo.

October Event(s): The "Dare-Devil"

This WWR (Womp-Womp Racing) Event has proven to be one of our most popular and action packed races of the season.  Along with the laughs and crashes, the drama is in surviving this head-to-head race. 

Held on the last Monday in October, the pits open at 6:45pm.

The survivor of our 2004 race was Brad "The Toolman" Schurman.

November Events(s): 
The "Business Blowout Bonanza"

This race is one of three company tournaments that are held annually at 
Racers' RecRoom.
 

The "GTP100"

This 172 lap feature race will test your endurance.  This annual event is open to anyone that has their own 1/32nd scale car.

Held on the last Monday in November, the pits open at 6:45pm.

The winner of our 2004 race was Brad "The Toolman" Schurman.

January Events(s):
The "Duo Duel"

In this event, you and a partner compete against other 2-man teams to be the fastest finishers, but there is a catch!  You will incur a time penalty every time your team de-solts.  These penalty seconds will be added to  your finish time to decide the winner.

February Events(s):
The "Valentines Couples Competition"

This Invitational is open to 12 couples and is held on the Saturday on/or before the 14th.  Competition is friendly and the food is fantastic! 
 

The "Company Cup"

Held on the last Saturday of the month, 8 different companies field 3-man teams in exciting and semi competitive event.

March Events(s):
The "Equalizer"

This WWR event equalizes the playing field between racers by use of delayed starting times based on individual handicaps.  The fastest racer starts last.  Can he catch up?

Held on the second Monday of March.
 

The "Company Klassic"

This race is for graduates of the Company Cup.  More competitive, but still the same amount of fun!
3-man teams from 6 companies compete for next year's sponsorship in this exciting race.

Held on the first Saturday of March.
 

The "PRO/AM"

This race derives its name from the Professional / Amateur aspect of this competition. Notably the longest race of the year, this grueling 215 lap race tests the endurance of both the car and the driver. The fastest racer from each division wins this event.

Held on the third Monday in March.
 

The "Eliminator"

In this elimination event, racers compete head-to-head in a best of 4 out of 7 twenty lap races. The top 6 finishers advance to the Terminator, the final event of the year held on Banquet Night

The "GTR100"

This event determines the "Best in the East"!
Rookies can test their skills against the Pros in this 100 lap rental car season ending finale.

The "Terminator / Banquet Night"

This WWR Club party is the final event of the year.  100 laps to rule them all!
